My name is Mark Cottle, and I (along with my partner, Jon Ryall) am the co-founder and CEO of Frontline Accounting.
Who We Are and What We Do
We solve capacity issues for accounting firms with a team of staff in the Philippines. Finding and keeping great talent has been a struggle for accounting firms everywhere. It was the case when I was in college 20+ years ago, and it’s still the case now, only much worse.
We've spent the last 12 years assisting firms in Australia, the UK, and the US. Now, we're ready to take our business to the next level. That's where you come in.
Who You Are and What to Expect
We’re not here to give you a laundry list of generic qualifications.
We’ll assume you’re an exceptional communicator who knows how to generate and nurture leads and see a sales opportunity through from start to finish.
Given the seniority of this role, you will have data to support your extensive experience and showcase the value you bring to an organisation. And like a true business owner, you will play your part (along with a very hands-on support team) in helping our clients succeed. It’s not just about ‘closing a sale’.
That’s really where the work begins in most cases – getting the sale is the easy part. More than half our growth is organic, and referral based – which speaks to the first-class service we deliver to our clients.
What isn’t so easy to list on a bullet point for an ad like this is the importance of culture and team fit. You will be welcomed into a close-knit, values-driven team that will help you get up to speed quickly and then support you while you work hard to deliver results.
