How Frontline Training Transformed My Mindset as a Newly Hired Marketing Assistant

I've been with Frontline for three months now, and during my first onboarding, I was a little scared and nervous carrying the baggage of a hostile work environment from my previous job. My mind was filled with "what-ifs"—questions  that I keep asking myself.

  • "What if Frontline isn't the right fit for me?"

  • "What if I can't meet their expectations?"

  • "What if I fail?"

But all those doubts began to fade when our manager, Ms. Jandy, announced that we were listed for the Team Trip.

So, this is what the Frontline Family feels like.

I’ve been involved in various activities, experienced a healthy work-life balance with 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. working hours, and received excellent compensation and benefits. I even received gifts and a cake on my birthday, and we celebrate career milestones together as a team.
