It's an important part of the Frontline culture to show appreciation for our staff and clients, celebrate our wins, and create opportunities to make connections with other members of the company.
One event we hold annually is the Christmas Party or Year-End Party. This is celebrated around the third week of November each year so our clients from Australia (AU), United Kingdom (UK), and, United Stated (US), have time to join us and their staff here in Manila before they get busy wrapping up the year.
During this one-night themed event, Frontline employees compete to showcase their talents (Filipinos are well-known for being great singers – well, most!), win exciting raffle prizes, enjoy good food, take photos with their teams, meet with their clients, and challenge each other to take home the Best Dressed award.
In 2023, we had a '70s Retro-themed Christmas Party, and employees and clients alike made a huge effort with their outfits. Wigs, bald caps, bell bottoms, and extremely colourful clothing were seen everywhere at the venue.
To add to the festivities, birthday and anniversary celebrants also go up on stage to receive their birthday cakes and plaques of appreciation for five or more years of service.
As the lights dim, a band or DJ will play great music, and all the attendees can head to the dance floor to end the night full of fun!
We hope you and your team can join us this year on 16th November 2024 (Saturday) at the Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan events centre close to our Eastwood office. Not only will this be a good trip to Manila to enjoy a great night, but clients can also fit in a few days of training or tourism with their staff before and after the party.
